Limitless: Questions
1)      How do we know within the first 5-10 minutes that this is a high-budget, Hollywood Blockbuster? Is there anything which could hint to it looking low-budget?
2)      What’s different about this film? What makes it marketable?
3)      As an audience, how to we react to seeing Bradley Cooper looking so ‘dishevelled’, when through all the advertising we see him looking ‘perfect’?
4)      Limitless, is based on a novel. What does this tell us about the popularity of the original text?
5)      What features (in terms of the production) make the audience warm to the ‘dishevelled’ Bradley Cooper?
6)      What do the different locations indicate to us about the film? (re: budget) How does this change after the first 25 minutes?
7)      What stunts/special effects show that this is a high-budget, Hollywood film?
8)      Considering the genre/plot, who might the distribution be focussed towards?
9)      What stars in the film are most marketable towards:
a)      The U.S market?
b)      The U.K market?
c)       The Global market?
10)   Through the exhibition of this film in cinemas, what would draw people towards it? What aspects of ‘Hollywood film’ might attract the audience?
